Volt Lane – Retail Markets

The third stage of the Volt Lane project involves the construction of retail space underneath the recently completed multi-story carpark. A total of 2,700m² of retail space will be provided, which is currently split into 23 tenancies. The theme of the Volt Lane Markets will be fresh food and boutique retailers.

Volt Lane Markets is sure to be a success for retailers thanks the abundance of parking from the multi-story carpark and off-street carparking. Furthermore the recently completed ATO building which houses 600 employees provides a large daily client base for the retailers to capture.
