The ATO building was the second stage of the Volt Lane project. The office development has been designed to provide a new regional office facility for the Australian Taxation Office. Located on Smollett street Albury, it will provide 10,000m² of ‘green’ office space.

The office development is of ‘A’ grade quality with 5 Greenstar and 4.5 star Nabers Energy ratings.

The seven-story development offers 10,000m² of office accommodation with a Smollett Street address.
