LeHunte Properties along with partner investors acquired and amalgamated several blocks along Regent Street in Redfern, Sydney.
LeHunte than coordinated the design phase of the project and obtained Stage 1 NSW State Planning approval for an 18 Storey building containing 88 apartments and ground floor retail. The project was on-sold in late 2015.
