This project involves the redevelopment of the Marque Hotel located on Northbourne Avenue. The development will be mixed-use consisting of residential, retail and commercial areas. It is in close proximity to the City Center, ANU, Parliamentary Triangle and located in the increasingly popular suburb of Braddon.
The development will include 230 residential units, with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. These will be split over two towers and will share a common landscaped podium on level 1. There will be a mix of commercial and retail areas on the ground floor, which will complement the surrounding Braddon precinct. IQ Apartments will be one of the first residential developments in Canberra to have NBN installed.
